Add the LibraESVA (EVOK Mailfilter) Outlook Add-in in your Outlook

• Go to the OWA (https://exchange.evok.ch)
• Connect yourself with your mail-address and password
• Click on the button “Settings” and “Manage the Add-ins”

• Click “+” to add a new Add-in and select “Add from URL…”

• Enter the following URL: “https://mailfilter.evok.ch/outlook-addin/manifest.xml”
• Click “OK” or “Next”
• Then click “Install” :

LibraESVA Outlook Add-in – Multi User Deployment (Office 365 Management Center)

Deploy the LibraESVA (EVOK Mailfilter) Outlook Add-in automatically to many users centrally via the Office 365 Management Center.

• Connect yourself to your Office 365 Admin Center (https://office.com/)
• In the Office 365 Admin Center select “Settings” > “Add-ins”
• Click on “+ Deploy Add-In”

• Click on “Next”
• Select “Upload custom apps”
• Select “I have a URL for the manifest file”
• Enter the following URL: “https://mailfilter.evok.ch/outlook-addin/manifest.xml”

• Click on “Upload”

• Click “Deploy”

• Select “Next” and then “Close”

LibraESVA Outlook Add-in – Multi User Deployment (Exchange Management Console)

Deploy the LibraESVA (EVOK Mailfilter) Outlook Add-in automatically to many users centrally via the Office Exchange Management Console.

• Log on to your Microsoft Exchange Management Console (ECP) with your admin account.
• Go to “Organization” and then “add-ins”
• Click on “+” and “Add from URL”

• Enter the following URL: “https://mailfilter.evok.ch/outlook-addin/manifest.xml”
• Click on “Install”
• Edit the LibraESVA Outlook Add-In and “enable” it

• Click “Save”

If a mail in the quarantine report has been blocked by mistake, you can release the mail like this:
Click under “Actions” on the link “[Release]” to release the mail. (or “[Rel. & Whitelist]” if you want the sender of the mail to be added directly to the white list. This way it would not be classified as spam in the future. )

By clicking on the link, a website will open in your web browser. To release the mail you have to log in here with your primary mail address and the password of your mailbox. See the explanation below:

Enter your primary email address:

Enter your password for your mailbox:

You will see a message indicating that the mail was successfully released.

From the quarantine report, you can set up the password-less authentication (authentication without a password) as described below:

Open the quarantine report you received by email.

Click in the quarantine report on the link [Click here for password-less authentication].

The following website opens:

Confirm authentication without password by clicking the [Send Email] button.

The following confirmation is displayed:

Go to your mailbox. There, you have now received an e-mail like the following example:

Click the [Authenticate this device] link to complete the configuration and access the spam filter web console.
